Joy Hess
Director of Client Relations
Joy began her financial services career in 1999 by joining her father’s business; and then obtaining her securities licenses in 2002. Being mentored through the years by her father taught her the ins and outs of the business. Most importantly, how valuable the client relationship is. “The best part of what we do is helping clients plan to enjoy their retirement years with their families, do what they enjoy. I love helping design a program that allows clients to save for their retirement, and live the life they have worked for!” Joy’s passion is the client relationship, and helping them pursue their goals for retirement. She also enjoys photography, traveling, watching Minnesota sports, and spending time with her husband Mark and their daughter Alaina.
