Jon Kattke

Senior Wealth Advisor & Owner
Jon Kattke’s Financial Services career started in 2008 with a belief in building client relationships for the long-term. Jon helps clients in three areas and expects one in return. His primary focus is working with the entrepreneurs and young professionals of today to forge lifelong relationships by guiding them through the stages of wealth accumulation and protection with a plan, helping them pursue their financial objectives and bringing them closer to addressing their main life ambitions. What he asks in return: should a client have a question about anything pertaining to their finances, he expects to be the first phone call. Jon wants to be his client’s primary advisor and he takes pride in his ability to help his clients make smart decisions with their assets through regular contact, savvy financial modeling, and careful implementation. His goal is to work with each client throughout his or her lifetime to provide assistance in navigating through the complexities and challenges of asset management. Jon earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado. Jon enjoys spending time with his wife Jocelyn and their two kids, Hunter and Cru. He also enjoys playing a round or two of golf, and traveling.

Joy Hess

Director of Client Relations

Joy Hess

Director of Client Relations
Joy started her career in the financial services industry in 1998 when she joined her father’s practice as a client services representative.  Her role then evolved as she got her securities and insurance licenses in 2003 and began working more directly with clients and the overall operations of the business.  She continues in these roles today. Her favorite part of her job is the relationships she has developed with clients and their families.  The fact that every client has their own goals and is unique is what keeps things so interesting. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work in 1996 which helped prepare her for working with clients and families on their financial journeys.  Her background in Medical Social Work in Long Term Care has been beneficial in helping clients with LTC insurance and other areas of life changes at and after retirement. Joy has been married to her husband Mark for 27 years, and they have one daughter, Alaina.   As a family they enjoy spending time on the lake, hiking the North Shore, traveling, playing games and whatever activities Alaina is doing.   Joy’s happiest moments are getting to watch Alaina do the things she loves like softball, volleyball, swimming, skiing and golf.  She happily gets to use her hobby of photography often in these moments.
